5. Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely. We are happy to send samples for quality and performance evaluation before a bulk purchase.
6. How do you ensure product and service quality?
We follow ISO 9001 procedures. A quality warranty of 18 to 24 months is provided. If the issue is proven to be our fault, we will replace the item.
7. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQs vary by product, but in general, the minimum order is 100 pieces. Feel free to ask about specific items.
8. How do I place an order and make payment?
We’ll send a proforma invoice after confirmation. Payment can be made via T/T bank transfer, PayPal, or Western Union.
9. What if your bank account information changes?
Please double-check with us before sending payment if you notice any change. Bank details are always listed in the proforma invoice.
10. What shipment do you offer for bulk orders?
We offer air express and sea freight. You can use your own forwarder or ours. We’re close to Ningbo Port for efficient maritime shipping.
11. What is your typical delivery lead time?
In-stock items ship within 3 business days. For out-of-stock items, lead times are typically 1–4 weeks depending on the product.
